Here is a list of open source web and application servers that are open source.

	Apache Tomcat is an open source software implementation of the Java Servlet and JavaServer Pages technologies developed under the Apache License version 2.
	Apache ToeEE is an all-Apache JavaEE 6 Web Profile certified stack where Tomcat is on top. Apache TomEE is assembled from a vanilla Apache Tomcat zip file. They start with Tomcat, add their jars and zip up the rest. The result is Tomcat with added EE features. You can view a comparison here.
